My name is Peter and I'm Brazilian. Basically, I try to survive each year by being as sympathetic and insightful as I can. I'm a huge fan of Star Wars, LotR, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, history and a bit of math, besides literature, Football and geography. I also mod Neverwinter Nights 1 and am currently working on the ToaFR saga, besides a few side projects.
Well, here you go, folks. THIS is the most awesome god ever. It doesn't matter if people like Kratos or Thor are around, because Anubis here could simply DESTROY them. He is, after all, the God of Death and Mummification in the Ancient Egypt. He isn't awesome because he is dreadful or anything, but yes because the personification of man's final destination, and THAT is something to respect.

Video game Kratos is a ******* poser. I hate that series.
I'm not so much of a fan of Thor as Odin and Tyr.
You know, I actually agree with you, Akalonor. I think the GoW series has a great gameplay, but Kratos is very immature, in my opinion.
And Odin is better than Thor, that's an understatement.
the gameplay is *okay, just button mashing, good for handhelds, but Demon's Souls has better gameplay imo, for a console, I have problems with the story, its just taking a **** all over Greek Mythology.
Odin killed Ymir, and used his body to create the world, Hung himself to learn runes, and plucked out his own eye to learn poetry, Thor dressed as Freja and competed with several deceitful ice giants. One dies fighting the most badass Wolf god ever, the other fighting the Midgard Serpent, btw, this is just a rundown, I could go on.
Thank god the average person doesn't know this, I loath Marvel for having a comic about Thor, even a movie, I can only imagine what they'd do to the Allfather.

And Demon's Souls did have a great gameplay. I mean, it was hard as hell, and I had some trouble passing the first level, but I'm looking forward to Dark Souls. I think they should have a local Co-Op mode as well, not just that "Ghost Mode".
there is a Co-op mode with Blue phantoms (up to 3 iirc) that help you defeat the Demon or Black phantoms (invading players)
But wasn't it online-only Co-Op?
ah I see, you want split screen co-op or something, I don't think that'd be good, if you look at the space the Hud takes up on a game that requires great attention to detail it would be more of a drawback.
Yes, I understand your point, but none of my friends here in Brazil have a PS3, only those pesky Wiis and the equally awesome X360.
I suppose a shared minimap and horizontal split could work.
I think that, in the end, the problem would be the high texture/poligon count on both screens.
Oh and if you have trouble with the first level pick the soldier class, not the Barbarian of the Thief, those are more advanced, I have a thief whom I love though.
Nah, I created myself a knight and I have actually grown fond of him...BTW, when I saw those dragons in the Boletarian Palace, spitting fire all over the place, I could think of only one thing: SKYRIM.
