I love the concept, although I'm not too fond of the whole pill thing - nevertheless I am sure it will be great, as long as you finish it. And as long as it relies on psychological horror, not monster-out-of-the-closet-horror. Yeah. Anyways, keep it up!
Also, the title reminds me of the song Black as the Devil Painteth by Theatre of Tragedy.
