This mod needs the gameinfo.txt to be modified, as this mod predates steampipe. There are countless forum posts available online on how to fix this.

You need to set the 2013 SDK singleplayer to the "upcoming" beta branch.

Right click on SDK base 2013 and go to properties.

Please read the installation instructions. This mod uses the source SDK 2013 singleplayer base. You will need to install that, then open its properties and set your beta version to "upcoming".

It doesn't use the SDK engine, it needs Half-Life 2 to be installed.

Nothing is used from portal. As long as you have any source game installed, it should run fine.
