Wow, why do I cringe from that old hospital map. I was actually thinking that Episode 1 Map 1 I made probably would have run better on PSP if it was scaled.
You guys better not give up, I want this on PSP still. :)

What engine do you think Source started from. XD
This is for the No Mercy remake. The structure is now alot different, in a better sort of way. I figured out a way that is much cleaner. (I mean the structure in the area that is in the top two boxes.)
Keep it going, this really looks amazing. (Sounds it too, but you have to speak out loud to actually hear it.)

Not just a bench, it is a kick a$$ bench. Because, you know, it literally kicks you square in the a$$.
NO, NO!!!! It can't be dead, I want kick a$$ deathmatch!
The next pics I upload of a map should have some textures. :D
Here are HUD designs I just came up with. (Picture is thanks to Call of Quake)
I think these look WAY better than what Urban Wars currently has. (Yes, I read the concentrating on PC first thing, and yes I know these are PSP screen size.)
For those who didn't realize;
Blue = Armor
Green = Health
I do love me some FAMAS. You shoulda modeled it after the FAMAS-G2 though.
Anyway, I take back what I said. I got gotten by the getters. (Must use as many variations of "get" as I can.) Still don't care for April Fool's Day.
I have always not cared for April Fool's day. Plus already cranky from my **** allergies.
Awesome, this is one of the few games I am tracking. Keep up the awesome work. The video is beautiful. Brings a tear to my eye XD
Screw that and this project then. I wanted this to fully be on the PSP (or iPhone/iPod Touch. I could deal it being on iDevices [Still not an apple fan].) If you decide to put the story on PSP then I will gladly apologize a loyally follow again. Bye, Avidesa, Avidesa, ثانوي, нещо второстепенно, sporedna stvar. (Thank you Google Translate)
May the hate fest on me begin...
(By the way these are my personal fellings and do not reflect onto anyone that is associated with me in any way, shape or form.)
And, not funny. You should start getting on the chatbox when I am on.
We can get the maps made faster by re-creating the original ones. This will help get a product that would be ready to play. I promise we will not just leave it at recreations. We are going to eventually get some of our own maps, but for the sake of getting a good start these will help get us off the ground.
I do need to start coming up with some ideas that would be the base of new maps. Also, remember that it will not be that hard for others to make their own custom campaign maps.
Don't worry, I have a PSP phat, so even if I must mod maps to make it work there will be a PSP Phat compatible version, but it shouldn't need to be modified at all and it should work on all "homebrew enabled" PSPs.
Yea, will it look this good on PSP? I really hope so. I am a sucker for flight sims (and I REALLY mean it too).
Maybe by the end of next week I personally will have something to show (not saying it will be that long till the next actual update) I have some work yet to do before I can show you my work. It will still be WIP, but it may make you guys kinda happy. Here is to hoping I don't run into any walls. (I hate those invisible walls XD)
We are not using Kurok, so we will not have Kurok's HUD XD We will get our own HUD in, don't worry. We still have plenty to do. We will not leave you with plain Quake with L4D weapons & maps. We are hard at work trying to prepare a fun (and hopefully as close of a L4D experience as we can on the PSP) experience on the PSP.
I would tell you about demo progress, but that really isn't my area to make a call on.
I personally think the guitar in "ordnance" doesn't seem to really fit in. Beyond that the tracks are pretty good. Nice animation you have going there too. Keep up the good work!
It is something in the PC settings. When I comile a map and let my compiler start the game it has full brights enabled and the lighting is as bright as on PSP.
It is just a preference. The last update for it came out in 2007 and before the 1999 (or 98, not sure). It is older, but I just find it alot easier to use.
