how to open the big files or tga or w3d filess ?
Use the final BIG Extractor
.big files are opened with a tool called "XCC Universal container reader".TGA files are opened with Photoshop, and W3D files with 3ds Max 7 or 8. You'll need to download a plugin for 3ds max. Newer version won't work with that plugin, because MaxScript has been updated since.

HOW CAN I MAKE THE CAMERA ANGLE VERY LOW LIKE FPS GAMES ??
It is a fairly complex process to lower the camera pitch. First you would need to disable the terrain clipping (which is fairly easy). Then you should enable the skybox, sun, dazzle effects, and enhance their textures. Next, you need to configure the camera pitch in GameData.ini. This camera angle will be static, and cannot be changed in game, unless you modify game.dat. But don't expect FPS level graphics, since this is a 2003 RTS game.
But I don't think it is possible to create a first person camera, except maybe with heavy engine modifications.

1. How low do you want the angle to be? 35 degrees? 25? 15?
2. Do you want the outside of the map to still be shaded black?
3. Do you want me to enable the sky?
4. Should I enable the dazzle effects, like sun and sunrays?
