Well turns out it does, touj isn't compatible with my game, removed it, and the game worked. The one dinosaur I wanted :'(

to install this extract the zip file and there will be 3 words named maps those are the maps go to c/programfiles (86x) or programfiles/steamapps/comman/starwars battlefront 2/gamedata addon
