Question in regards about Empire states: Will each state eventually get its own unique aesthetics and units?

I would love to see a mod for the early Roman Republic. With the Wars between Carthage and Rome. I think it would be awesome to see Hannibal barca and Scipio Africanus in Bannerlord.
