I think the village needs to be at a certain population before it can be upgraded.

Very good mod, with a lot of depth. Needs a sh*t-ton of TLC though. It's not my intention to downplay or nit-pick your mod with this post, but more so to give you a few areas that I feel can be improved on to help make your mod Amazing. I used cheatmenu to playtest many of the features you've incorporated, in the hopes of giving you a comprehensive list of your mod's strengths/weaknesses.

Features I loved:
1: the ability to build villages/forts, and eventually upgrade them to towns/castles. Dude, That's pure genius.
2: Initial Relation changes due to ethnicity. Excellent idea! Although I believe the bonus/penalties should be higher. A Briton who meets a Saxon should have a higher penalty than -1 to relation. Maybe somewhere between 5 and 10? Same as Briton meeting Briton, +5 to +10.
3: Treasures of Britannia. Great quest string. I haven't had the opportunity to play through it all the way yet, but it's an awesome feature.

Things I noticed:
1. As a King/ruler: hiring the constable and requesting to recruit troops, the list of troops to recruit appears to have been replaced by the game credits. it also lists native calradian units, like swadian, nordic, etc. clicking any option backs out with the "nevermind" dialogue.
2. The Map: needs work. (Screenshots available upon request)
A)the map spawns in a 180 degree perspective, so north is south and vice versa. not sure if that was intended or not.
B) Ireland appears to be too narrow, with plenty of room to stretch it further westward.
C) there's a few places in France/normandy that have hilly oceans along the coast, and one area in particular in south western area where the area is completely out unleveled, meaning it appears that the ground is floating above another area of ground.
D) There are a few bridges also that appear to not cross bodies of water.
3: Face slider: I know this is already listed in the FAQ, but it appears to also effect several of the other lords of the realm. Many lords have extremely long chins, with beady or over-sized eyes and tiny mouths, and alien sized foreheads. If it weren't for the skin tone texture, they could be mistaken for Gray Aliens. (Screenshots taken and available)
4: Scenes: I experienced numerous clipping issues while in scenes, namely towns and such. For example, walking into invisible walls, walking though walls, etc. With the amount of Towns/Forts/Villages available, I haven't been able to compile a list that have issues yet.
5: Duplicate Banners appearing at character creation. Not all of them, but several of them. (Screenshots taken and available)
6: Many Head gears remove hair when equipped, like Briton helmets and such. I lose immersion from this.
7: Ship Customization. When viewing my ships in port, I get a black screen (missing preview scene?), until I select customize ship. Ship appearance does not change when going through ship finish selections, sails do not appear either.

Things I'd like to see added:
1: Item Refinement, similar to that in VC Reforged. Also have Master Weapon/Armorers, but with a slight change. Only the master craftsmen can upgrade equipment to Lordly and Masterwork quality. (if possible)
2: Virake's Male and Female Face Replacer, or at lease the Female's. The male heads look good, especially those with the face tattoos, But the Ladies of the realm could use some TLC.

All in all, good mod at version 1.1 though. Have you had the opportunity to visit Taleworlds forums and add this to their list of available mods?

PM me anytime if you'd like copies of the screenshots I took to see what I'm talking about.

Bottom line though: Keep working on this, and if I can help in any other way, please feel free to contact me.

Realms of Trinity is by far the greatest PW for NWN2 I've ever came across. The depth of story, character development, and not to mention the ability to get to level 40! Yes, Realms of Trinity has captivated my attention, and immersed my imagination in way that no other PW has ever done.

The community is also helpful, and always willing to offer tips, tricks, and share information regarding the HUGE 3 campaigns.

Do it. Play it. If you don't, you will never be able to realize just how wonderful the NWN2 engine could be.
