As a software engineer, I've worked with Aptima and other small groups. I work with Syntel as a quality engineer. I'm the owner/founder of an independent game studio called Narcoleptic Fox.

If I don't know the language or how to solve the problem, I will go and find out what needs to be done. I can usually learn another language within a week (JavaScript was over a weekend). I'm a Marine, I adapt and over come all challenges.
