Description
Here is the house of a weapons dealer for the Black Hand, named Artyom, he is 34 years old and a former Russian soldier, he resides in Dzerzinsk, which is the new town of the former Mayrsville. This abandoned city is still kept alive only by the drug and weapons dealers. Settled there, cops wont give them trouble, some to do with bribing the other half is because its home to a nuclear fallout waste land.
