Just because you know someones in the game doesn't mean you know how they are in the game, it's not a big deal. It's like if you were watching a zombie game and they showed pictures of some zombies. Are you spoiled because you now know what zombies look like? How about that you know who the main character is?

I get your sentiment, I do, but it's not a big deal to see some models. It would be much more of a big deal, using a zombie game as an analogy, if they showed one of the characters who became a zombie, because you know they'll die/can die, and that's a spoiler.

It's incredibly great in both graphics and gameplay as is.

Not to mention, they'd have to make such vast changes to any non-specialised Engine that it would pretty much be making a new engine anyways. They could probably make a new engine with higher graphics than they have currently in less time than remaking the entire game in Unity.

Oh nah, it's fine, I was just making a joke because I got stuck at that part and this video, that came out of nowhere, helped me get out of it, kind of comical considering how long its been since release, and that this is the start.

I think it would be great even if it only affects minor situations, for example if your a ghoul/human and you come across a BOS group, they are sure to let the Human leave for the most part unharmed, they will harass the ghoul albeit probably non-aggressively, and if a super-mutant showed up, they'd be sure to cause trouble, maybe even open-fire on him immediately.

Even slight changes like that would be perfect IMO.

That would be a cool feature, like, it could work if you made it take alot of stamina and never kill the zombies, problem is it'd take time to implement, and it may retract the scare factor (which admittedly was pretty high) in those encounters.

Leeory, I've picked through so many mods, 1187 is probably a mod you'd want to try, but you should still try out Underhell because, frankly, it's incredible.
