I'm playing as a merc on survival mode and the medic doesn't spawn, I went to the freedom base and their medic doesn't spawn either.

I typed 'true' for local easy healing but it didn't change it. How do I change it? Also I check the merc and freedom base and the medics aren't there and I only have this mod downloaded.

You have to have it installed. This game is its engine. Without an engine, no running.
