I've played over 100 hours of this game and it keeps getting better with every update. This game is being made by ONE guy! And it's incredible. The developer listens to player suggestions and incorporates most of them fairly quickly. Anything that you want the game to be or anything that you want to be able to do in the game, you can suggest to the developer and it will probably happen. I love that! There is a large amount of gameplay and complexity already in this game. Even after 100 hours of play time, I still find new things in the game that I didn't previously know about.
Basically, you get to build and manage your own software company. You manage employees and their salaries, vacations, and insurance. You put employees on teams and then tell them what to make which can be anything from a large operating system to a simple text based game, if you want. You get new features as the years go by in the game and new computers and servers become available over time.
