For the disc issue, try mounting an image with the appropriate software. I won't say any more since Edain team can't support illegal versions of the game.

Nearly 4 years guys... and so many new features: the spellbooks, offensive and defensive siege updates, reworked economy upgrades, battle wagons, Galadriel,several new models for elves, new game modes and THE HOBBIT CAMPAIGN!

I'm genuinely impressed how you managed to keep adding more stuff despite all the trouble you had to go through... teams members left, new ones came, and you had legal issues with voice lines and music tracks I believe?
A shame you couldn't keep those! But looking forward to hearing your own stuff (I believe you said you'd do that)!!

Truly a coming to what Battle for Middle-Earth has always deserved to become!

Are you saying you don't intend to do any work on the next version for a few months, or that it won't take a few months before you have finished working on said next version?

I've been following your work for some time now and finally decided to make a few comments on it!

So! First of all: THIS IS... AWESOME!
Considering how much you have added/modified compared to the original game, I would even go as far as saying that you've made your own game, simply taking inspiration on the BFME series.
I have tested all 5 factions currently available (make it 6 with Arnor) and I have to say, it's very difficult for me to judge balancing considering how widely different and unique they all are. Still, they are all enjoyable and all have ways to both win and lose, so I'll say balance is good. (probably ^^)

I'm not too sure about the dwarven elite units though: I know the thing about those is that it takes a long time to get them, but they're actually so cheap compared to the other factions'! And you can have as many of them as you want too... So I don't know, it seems unfair when the game drags on. Then again, that's all it is about the dwarves: growing slowly but surely.
One thing though: considering how outrageously long the cooldown is on Balin's runes, would it be possible to make it so the heroes keep them even when killed and resurected? I guess that would be difficult since it's not a "power" like the mithril mail, but still...

And finally, I can't wait for the elves to be there! :3
