Ok, I found out the reason of some voicelines playing russian original. For some reason russian localisators thought itll be great idea to create another new folder only for russian version with combined sentences and everytime the russian version of the game tries to play modded sentence it plays combined one which is still left unchanged since it is not the case on english. Ill try to think of something soon.
Edited: Ill try to find the file that is responsible for that mess and figure out where to find the english version of it. If ill be unable to do so, Ill go the hard way and combine all the modded voicelines myself to fit the russian script.

Итак, я нашел причину почему иногда проигрывается русская оригинальная озвучка. По каким-то неизвестным причинам русские локализаторы подумали, что добавить совершенно новую папку с комбинированой речью, которой больше нигде нет в других языках - будет отличная идея. Теперь каждый раз когда игра пытается загрузить файл озвучки из мода она вместо этого грузит комбинированый файл, которого нет в моде по очевидным причинам - такого не существует в английской версии. Я попробую что-нибудь придумать.
Добавлено: я попробую найти файл, который в ответе за это и попробую найти его английский аналог. Если же у меня не получится я скомбинирую озвучку из мода, чтобы запускалась именно она по велению скрипта.

In steam go to File->Settings

Select the "In Game" tab

untick "Enable Steam Community In Game"

Thats happening because source can't handle to much of physical gibs and instead of deleting old ones and creating new its just doesnt do anything. Thats source

Make sure to set beta version of SDK to upcoming. If its already set try to email the creators.

For those, who still can't see mod in steam: Try to check if mod in hiden mode. Click View -> Hiden games. Also check if mod is in one of the collections you have. For some unknown reason NH2 and other mod was hiden by default.

Ok, since there is "Into The Multiverse" for Portal 2 with same idea it looks like this one is copypaste, BUT! The original one is unfinished and come as a community test map pack. But idea with "Blaperture" etc is same. Still portal's 2 mod looks kinda weird. I hope this one will be actually it.
