I have to agree with ALCool, it looks like at the end of each step his arms "ping" back into position rather then his body having to slow down like they would in real life.

but this is only really with the forward run animation in my opinion.

Hey dont mean to knock the great work u guys are doing. but... do you not think it would look so much better if his hips where rotating a tiny bit cause it looks kinda iffy that fist his arms seem stiff and his waste never seems to change possition apart from a slight shift in hieght. this is how u would expect someone to run if they where pulling a sled with straps around there shoulders and chest.

i mean i could do no where near as good as this it just seems this animation is not so good compared to EVERYTHING elses high quality.

I dont mean to sound harsh but there is not much I think I can say thats looking good. well the 2d concepts look ok. but the models are looking very shoddy. and I have been on the site, I think the animations are worse then the models, and thats not a good thing.

ok... this is ut3... so why the small poly counts on the houses... when the tress look huge poly whores..

some are ok and will look good when textures.. but some have horrible concaved faces that are going to look crappy if not fixed or u get the light perfect on them

please tell me you are joking... there is more movement in a idle lego character then this. come on guys... up the movement.make the head move around. do something...

I think this is alot better then DOD:S. DoD:S has nothing new to bring to the table but better graphics and less bugs. People always seem to forget about the orignals and big up the new versions.

we already have the ability to teleport light. There was an experment in australia back in early 2003. IT worked with single particals so i think that given the time scale of the game. Teleporting would have a good shot of being real.

we can ALREADY push atoms though a excelartor at close to the speed of light. Although some theories say that pushing past light speed would end the world. its still a possiblity.

where blowing up the world in a fight is just silly :P lol

I doubt that humans, As dumb as we obviously are, Would risk a third world war. Never mind a forth or god forgive a big old number five.

Truth is, Anyone that could even entertain the thought of a third world war in the Earths current condition is plain retarded, No matter how you box it with pretty a big bow and a well thought out gift tag. Wars are about one or more of three things. Since our broken globe no longer has the natural goodies we so want to plunder, we can rule one of them out. The other two; Hate of a different race and the good old "my **** is bigger then yours." is stupid. Yet... Looking back on the violence that is spread thick over our Earths surface at the moment. Whats to stop people calling this period, world war three.

Once you break it down to a simple smart witty comment. A world war in the next thirty plus years, would be like two men/women dropping there cloths and arguing about who can swim the longer distance across a lake of lava. Sure, They would argue their points but when it came down to doing it, They both lose even if one wins.

Saying all this... are we not forgetting its a game :P

Its looking good for a start people. keep up the good work.

hate to disapoint.. but from what i know.. cryengine does not work on consoles as of yet. and when they do get it working on there they will need to totally rebuild most of the game to work on there.

the ps3 cannot handle the FULL POWER of the cryengine and the 360 will struggle on medium.

if you wanna console it UE3 is the way to go. but these guys look like they have a good game there :)

Dont overdo the flash.. its cheap looking and hard to navigate at times as well as slow.

and PLEASE dont have the mods music in the background. I dont think there is anything i personally hate more then music in a website. cause if people have there volume up high cause they been listening to music or watching TV and they forget to turn it down and they go on your site they lose their ears...

when me and my mates where like 10 - 12 we used to sit down and modifie the monsters to hate each others and mod there ablitys. then make a simple battle ground and make them fight to the death :)

im shocked how active the ps3 mod community is... loads of people are screaming out for ps3 mods. the problem is metatronstar. ur never gonna get to far from the orinigal ut3 with a ps3

ps3 own the rights for the audio codec they use and dont allow modders to use it. meaning that mods cannot add custom sounds. and i know u prob thing... ahh its just custom sounds... but trust me. modders are proud people and hate to put out anything they dont think is good. (well they dont even think its good but feel its right)

but maybe she will cook it for ps3 :) i hope she does just for you :P

in the next 2 phases for MSU...

Change from first person to third person... then u can enter the NONE FPS sections. there is alot les compertition in there. cause ur mod is fun and it is smart. but its not a game u can come back to and play again and again.
