In the meantime, can nab the AC7 ready version from Nexusmods.

Glad you're taking it as constructive. =)
There's a whole lot of what are technically errors around in popular media, but if you have a look at websites such as BAE Systems, Thales, Collins Aerospace, Boeing, etc, companies that actually make them for aviation purposes, it'll always be "Head-Up Display" on their product pages.
Just so I'm not blowing smoke.
It was very literally about just having a pilots "Head-up" out of the cockpit.
"Heads-Up Display" seemed to get more popularised around the 2000's, especially from first person shooters in the actual sense of the "Heads up!" type warning with things like grenade warning indicators in Call of Duty, and slipped into popular usage that way. That and it probably just rolls more naturally off the tongue.
That's... technically not a fix.
The correct term has been Head-Up Display for decades, not a Heads Up Display.
That's more a recent variation and primarily aimed towards what should be called on-screen display is games, rather than what you'll find in aircraft.
So it's only PROGRAMN to PROGRAM that should be changed.
Great work as always, and if it hasn't been said enough, your commitment to variety, in continuing to provide blanks and Campaign friendly versions is massively appreciated!
I have to admit, it would be nice to have a version with just the drop tanks as well. Honestly, a nice visual mod option for just about any aircraft in the game.
In this case, just the drop tanks seen here would have higher compatibility with more skin mods as well.
Given the file size is less than 1kb, yeah, something isn't right there. =p
With this indeed being a different pattern and stronger colours than the default, it actually would be very nice to have this with blank and regular campaign markings as well.
Now that works really well!
Any chance of expanding these to also be able to go into the DLC slots, please?
Or at least the ones that have come in free updates, so available to everyone.
Since a lot of the aircraft now have official previous-ace skins, I find it helps with management to focus on swapping those ones out, so this could replace Grun.
I know its a bit of extra work and time, but its greatly appreciated.
As an option, this one is appreciated from both of you.
Whilst I don't mind the effect in most circumstances, the way it works does also make it visible from angles which it shouldn't be when taking screenshots.
For example, looking at the aircraft from the side/front and parts of the aircraft which should be in front of any heat haze effect end up still being affected.
So certainly nice to have since its basically a graphically 'cheap' (or efficient) implementation of the effect that has drawbacks as a result.
Maybe at some point the afterburner plume itself might get looked at.
It always felt a just a little too subtle (and blue), especially if you were looking down at the ground.
Not something over the top, just a little more than what the game has by default.
Massively appreciate having the Campaign Conversion variants available on all skin slots!
Looking good, just a little detail with the naming, etc.
This was the introduction livery for the SHAR (same as the Phantom FG1 and Buccaneers before it), but it was replaced by an overall dark grey 'war' scheme as they were heading south, so it was never used in the South Atlantic/Falklands itself.
The other wartime livery was a slightly lighter grey used by 809 NAS, though that squadron was effectively just split up and absorbed into 800 and 801 Squadrons.
Garuda One is already done, it has a few more of its own tweaks. Just spacing things out a bit.
There we go, now we see a really nice bit of clever reasoning. Works for me.
It's called choice. Maybe there are people that like the base livery pattern used by Ofnir, but don't want to be flying around with Yuktobanian markings.
It doesn't really make sense to have aircraft with Ustio, ISAF, Emmerian, Estovakian, Belkan markings etc taking part in the lighthouse war either.
You did a really great job on this one, and it looks lovely and sharp in game! This is definitely one of the skins where I'm genuinely a bit sad there isn't versions with full Osean and/or Erusian markings
Pirating is perhaps an awkward term, lol.
But it would be very nice if this mod is updated to replace the DLC Mobius skin in slot 7, if only because Skyline's version seems to have higher resolution details and be better quality overall compared to the actual DLC version.
You've been doing a great job with all the Belkan aces, and I've had fun making free cam screenshots of them.
Personally, I think the Gelb pic came out the best. =p
I'd link it, but moddb might autoban me.
Only real feedback I have is that it would be nice if the versions with full emblems could also be put into skin slots 1/2/3
