To fix the crash at map properly initialized, delete all folders in the SA mod file EXCEPT FOR common, gfx, history, and localization. This worked for me on an entirely new computer. I hope it fixes it because it used to never crash there and I really don't know why it does.

I might actually do that. If I did do you think I should keep America split, or leave it like it normally is at the start of the vanilla game.
