I am having some minor trouble with graphics. My mod wont load any images for the sky during any scene. Also any time I enter a tavern or hall the floor flickers. Any idea how to fix?

Well I will recount the whole story.
I got captured. Then I talked to him in the cave. ran out. killed the blightlings. talked to him after but then it was jsut me and my two other companions in the group. ran to the town and talked to the warden. he banished me. talked to roderick again. Said he was gonna join. did not join.

After downloading the patch I finished the 2nd quest but the guy in the cave did not join my party after I was banished from the town. Glitch or part of the update?
