Idk if OWR3 is out for CS but that'd be your best bet, I'm currently playing through a Vanilla-ish 1.0006 playthrough of SoC with OWR3 and it's pretty much just old good vanilla with it's terrible weapon models replaced.
Arsenal Overhaul has it's own CS version here in ModDB, I think it's at 2.0 and has CoP's 3.0 stuff ported to it. I played CS with AO1.2 and it was honestly one of the best modded STALKER experiences I've ever had.
Hamfi should do a "merge" of Yoctosfera and AO2 or OWR3, if that's even out yet for CS.

I had the same issue, Its a localization problem, Change your game lenguage to english throught the game's Steam Properties and you should be ready to go.

I like the gun smoke myself, Just like in Metro it adds realism to the mod.
You cant shoot a weapon full auto and not expect it to get your face all smoky.

It was dark and depressing like STALKER should be yet not exceptionally brown, If you kept making the mod like this, It would not only maintain its quality ( When using Absolute Nature green that is ) but also gain a distinct look that doesnt seem to be available in much mods.

I normally play 4 to 6 hours after school whenever exams are far enough.
On weekends it can be to 6 hours to a whole 12 hours before quitting and going to sleep.
Right now I just finished SHoC vanilla and I'm taking a break while CoP vanilla downloads. ATM I've played around 9 hours And probably gonna be on for a couple more ( Didnt go to School today. )

I like the idea of different helmets, But adding stuff that doesnt really have a reason to be in the Zone really kills my inmersion, I'm fine with WW2 guns ( I still dont know how they're supposed to be in the zone but meh ) But Fallout helmets, No thanks, Now I'm not gonna ask you to remove it as you said, But can you at least make this sort of stuff optional?

Can you make it so a weapon with a collapsible/folding stock uses less inventory slots than its full stock version? Thats something that really bothered me when I was playing Arsenal Overhaul.

I did everything right, My game version is 1.6.0.2
And the text is all messed up, Even dialogues, Everything.
For example, A bandage, which should be called simply "Bandage", Now has changed to "BS.wrdexmple.itm"(<- Thats an Example, I couldnt remember how it really looked like, but you get the idea ), I cant seem to find a solution to this
