Ascension by Magnesium Ninja - make sure you search this with Magnesium Ninja or just Ninja after it, there're like zillions of games called Ascension...

Misc/Other:
Minetest - basically a free version of Minecraft. Download it and then get some mods, they enhance the game A TON. You also don't have to install them yourself, there's an online mod repository for it and once you apply the mod, you just configure your game to it.

A Story About My Uncle - a charming little Adventure game. Totally free, but great!

Aporia - can't get it to run on my system but it looks awesome. :D
