The mod does not seem to download completely for some reason. I have tried downloading it 3 times (Third time I used an EU mirror) and every time it stopped at 320 MB's.

I uninstalled and reinstalled 7-zip, but the file still does not open no matter what I do.

I have tried many times to open the file with 7-Zip, but it says it cannot open the file as an archive.
