I was wondering about Firewarrior's close-combat abilitys since they are rather poor in CC. I know that T'au have special melee-based Kroot squads but in large open maps imperial Guard snipers could easilty wipe them out before they could get a chance to get near. So will the Tau have a special melee attack that could stun the enemy so the Firewarrior has a chance to shoot back?. It would be extremly imbalanced if the tau had no stun/melee attack. Imagine haveing snipers picking off Kroot warriors and guardsmen jumping and strafeing just to get close enough and bust thier skull open with bayonets. And BTW, Kaskrin's aren't Cadian storm-troopers, thier basecly more trained and better equiped then standard guardsmen and they never fighted outside Cadia. They're just elite guards not storm-troopers.

if Nuclear-Dawn was realeased in let's say, 2 weeks then it would have alot of bugs and errors and would be un-playable. Simaliar thing happend with 1st Eternal Silience beta. Lag, problems with piloting space-ships, crashes, wierd weapon_damege stats. A new Steath-Suit model wallpaper was just realeased on forums. ND is still liveing and will be realeased. If the mod-team would spend enthier hours on posting information and in-game pics there wouldn't be enough time to work on mod. Wan't more info about progress? Check the forums, there are lot's of threads containing media and info which isen't on main page.

Basecly speaking, don't spam and ask/scearch about mods before you post anything. Half-Life is dieing, You're luckly that you found a liveing mod...

The mod is dead. No-one's posting on forum, team-members have 7 months of in-activity, they aren't even reginstered on forum. You guys are just wasteing time on typeing...

That's liek awesome, Mod member of a still liveing mod and 8 months of inactitivy and also no posts on the main The Warrior In Black forum like other TWIB team members.

Nobody's playing because everyone is waitng till Beta 2 will come out. However, there's still 1 server up and there are some people on that server sometimes. Just wait till Beta 2 comes it's near done. 7.26 precent left to done, bug-fixing and some maps need finishing. People aren't playing Beta 1 because of the rather "stupid" enemy AI.

RE:CB works perfectly for me, maybe the file is corrupt. RE:CB was made only for Steam version of hl1 and for normal hl1 only . Try downlanding it again.
