its a setting u do from the startup of the game
before u start a game it ask u

elections every -> #years/round
years per round ->#

so if people want 1 year per round/blackscreen and year title
make sure your game is set to 1 round / 1 year per round

if anyone has issues with multiplayer there are some things u have to do BUT it is playable DO MIND it still can go out of sync but less often

tools u need
hamachi/vpn

a host
players

and notepad/notepad++
for edting a 1 to a 0

with some editing its able to play multiplayer

hey mate love ur mod iknow u mayby to busy with reallife and mayby ur partner and mayby kids .

but i hope u will work later again on the mod since there are some bugs wher under thugs haveing there own life or other hired people that dont care about them haveing a job merc and thugs i have noticed sometimes robbers to
