Could you explain how to properly install and use this mod, it's really confusing since the folder has a bunch of files and stuff and I'm not sure what to do

Hello there, I would appreciate if you can help me.

The thing is, I dowloaded the zip, copied pasted in the folder of the game, It didn't work and cash had the same model.. then I did a pretty stupid thing, I changed the folder name from "pig" to "cash" so it could change the character model, it didn't and then the game started to crash over and over, I finally fixed it but I can't install the skin.. can you help me? Thank you
