I'm having a problem with the game not showing up in my Steam library.

Source SDK Singleplayer 2013 is set to upcoming, folder is in sourcemods, and I restarted Steam, but it still won't show up. I redownloaded the playtest version from a few weeks ago and it installs just fine.

I've been having the same problem and, through accident, I just found out that this is happening to me because I disabled subtitles. If you have disables subtitles maybe give that a try?

I'm having the same problem, consistently crashes right after it loads into the first map and you hear the helicopter. Other levels will load but will crash after you move around for a bit. Singleplayer sdk is set to upcoming and everything.

So far this is the only time it's happened to me

I've been getting seemingly random freezes (with looping audio) that last for several seconds; also happening when quicksaving. Anyone have ideas on how to solve this?

I would lay down my life to be able to help test this game.

Found the problem: don't use custom weapons that conflict with scrip files lol

So I decided to play through the mod again and I seem to be having a slight problem: a lot of dialogue isn't playing. For example, when you first gain control of the player and are talking to Anna, she doesn't say anything. The scene plays out fine and you can hear the own player's voice and Anna's death sound, but her speech isn't playing.

I downloaded both zips and the patch and installed everything correctly. Any suggestions?

Pfft nevermind I watched the next video; like the other guy said, I would add more smaller lights rather than one big light

I would say using a different texture for the floors may make the map look better

I'm getting a crash before the menu loads, any suggestions?

I keep getting "Unhandled exception has occurred" crashes

Ok I got everything to work, but all the mods are missing their scenes

Sorry to sound like a dunce, but how exactly do you play the mods? I can't seem to find a way to launch them

I cannot play any of the campaign maps, the game just crashes to desktop with a random error message about things not being precached. Any help?
