Hey Stractator, would you be interested in help for audio in your game "Golden Orb"? I'm an amatuer sound designer/composer from Canada, and I wouldn't charge you for it or anything.

Good job on making a horror game! It's pretty rough, here are some things I would try and improve:
A lot of the games sounds need to be replaced, like the beginning wind noise. I like the haunted house's ambiance much better than the outside one though. I would also try to make the monster more threatening in a couple of ways. First, I would remove the gun from the player. It makes the ending sequence much too easy. Second, put some thought into a real monster! It doesn't have to be super detailed, some horror game monsters are quite simple while remaining pretty scary.
Also, I can't see my mouse in the beginning "start & quit" screen, that's only a minor inconvenience though :P

This is an awesome game! Gave it a 9, remember to rate people!

One thing I really thought you did a good job on was the enemy. It doesn't look overly fierce or mutilated or anything like that, but is still extremely unnerving. The red soundwave was more than enough warning that it meant harm too.

I got stuck at the end for a while...didn't realize that the mic feature was turned on and the thing just kept waiting at the door.

This game is pretty awesome. It's more than another treasure hunt, it's got story to it. I would have paid a lot more attention to the story if I wasn't ******* myself the whole time :P There's only 1 small complaint I have, it's that the low voice that talks in your head is very quiet. Other than that it's a really solid game, good job.

Good job on making a solid horror game! There's a couple things I noted when I was playing.
First, I had no idea my flashlight battery would run out, so it would be cool if you put a battery life bar or something like that so we know it does run out. Another thing was that the monster wasn't very threatening because it never chased into the church and it doesn't have a very sinister form.
I liked the area you created though, it's small enough that it's hard to get really lost but big enough he's not constantly right behind you.

Great job on creating a good looking, non-generic horror game! There were a few things that stood out to me in this game. First, the floating room was AWESOME. It really fits the theme of the "living house".
Second, the paintings were intriguing to me for some reason. It didn't look like they were important to the story of the house or the player character, but it just felt like they were significant for some reason.
Third, LOVED THE GROWING PAINTING. That was extremely cool to me, it's the little things like that that can really bring the house to life.

Here's my playthrough of the game, and I already voted on Greenlight for you. Looking forward to seeing a finished product!

Great job on a fantastic looking game! I love how you made us drop into a small body of water, it gives that extra sense of vulnerability that adds so much tension to the game. I'm a little bit sad I didn't get to see the monster, but I guess it is just the demo.
Looking forward to seeing a full release on this =D

Awesome game, I don't know if it was like this just for me but the text in the beginning is cut off the screen. Crazy that this was done in three days!
I loved the first sighting of the monster because it was unexpected for me, there was no where to go so you wouldn't think the game would trap you there. The only downside to that is that the monster just lets you go :P

Here's my Lets Play, right now I'm just doing indie horrors so I'd love to test anything new you might make in the future!

Beautiful game! Loved how you created so much tension with the drop into the water, it really creates a sense of vulnerablility. If you don't mind me asking, did you create any of the audio yourself?

I also did a lets play of this: Youtube.com
