It was, but decided to finish one. Now I work alone and maybe I could use some help with modeling and scripting. It's gonna be hard to teach AI to use new construction system.

that's standard message for every issue in the game.
Maybe it caused by changed resolution. Try to put fullhd res at My documents/C&C Generatls ZH/...
Or look to the game folder, maybe there is another mod installed.
Last updates for this mod were made in Win10, so it can't caused by that.

look to the downloads section. There are two archives.

Install GeneralsZH, unzip archive to ZH folder and run Generals.exe. Enjoy

Yeah... right. Still a lot of stuff to do. Many thing was deleted due to generals engine, I forgot.

About the converting. Maybe it's worth to try deconvert from W3D or convert to 3Ds and back?
Actually there are most of models ready except S9 infantry and half of Evolved. Survivors must be 99% done.
Maybe I can post some news about your project here with an offer for 2d-artist?

The main challenge is to increase the LOD and make proper AI. Other stuff with code is ready.
