In the document about the classification of the scp object, it say's that SCP of level keter are dangerous, but it's not. You see, keter mean's that it canot be easily be put in abox and will alway escape. For example, if something teleport randomly, it will be keter because we cannot put it in a box. Or if it's safe, it mean's it's realy easy to put it in a box but can be harmful.
