If you have an apple, and then someone else gets an apple, it has no effect on your apple. I know it's a clumsy way of putting it, but the point stands.

I'm getting the right side of my loading screens cut off when loading 1024x768 full screen, it doesn't affect gameplay at all, but it is a little annoying. Other than that we need to get the word out, this is a sweet little game that isn't getting nearly enough attention!
