As stated above, this matte black spec-ops ACR has been fitted with different receiver and barrel by the operator, allowing it to accept AK47-type magazines and fire 7.62x39mm rounds. This is so that the operator can scavenge and use AK47 magazines from enemies, easing logistical difficulties and ammunition problems as the operator with be deep into enemy territory. The ACR is stated have a cyclic ROF of between 600-800 rounds per minute, depending on the receiver type. The gun is fitted with an adjustable stock and an 18" barrel to fit a DMR role. A Trigicon 4X ACOG scope has been attached to the Picatinny rail running along the top of the receiver, with an Aimpoint x3 modular scope attached in front to further increase the weapon's range and effectiveness as an DMR. Also, a small red-dot sight has been attached to the top of the ACOG sight, along with front and rear back-up iron sights, should the enemy get too close. In addition to that, standard ACR hand-guard has been replaced by a triple-rail-interface, to which a Harris bipod, fore-grip and AN/PEQ 2 have been attached. A quick-detach suppressor has been attached by the operator to hide his presence, so that the target won't see it coming. That, or to prolong the time till the operator is discovered, at least.
