Though shouldn't the camera lean a little bit more upward to see further the enemies/action?
Long time I didn't touch a 3d-isometric game so my opinion may be wrong.

If I'm not wrong, you're going to make a stand-alone of AFF, right?
Will there be a solo campaign or some kind of skirmishes (still solo)?
Even if the multiplayer is the main attraction, singleplayer could be awesome to introduce the world, ships, gameplay, etc. :)
