I think they may add a 5 to 10 level difference in pvp fighting unless you challenge a duel. But also if that person does commit a crime of killing someone there cursor will be orange or red. This means they cannot go into towns because of guards or really get any supplies except for fighting in the wild so in the end they mess their own game up if they do so. What I want to know if you defend yourself and kill the pvp player will you go red or orange?
