Looks like you have a issue with the script "haru_quick_action_wheel_mcm.script"... That's not related to SSS.
Remove/disable the LUT module if you don't know how to use it.
Check the addon description.
Someone on Youtube ( @ea4571 ) shared with me a fix. Edit the "bind_anomaly_field.script" and reduce the value of every line with the definition of "pAno_light.lanim_brightness".
You need to follow the installation guide and check if something is overwriting files from SSS.
I always show default values + Atmos.

Incorrect installation. Maybe you don't have the soft water option enabled?
If you're using custom textures for your terrain, the new system will not work.

The flickering problem is a know problem with some systems, I tested the problem a lot, but I can't reproduce the issue on my end.
The issue with the puddles is an incorrect installation. Just follow the installation guide, remember to install the binaries and it will work if no other addon is replacing files from SSS.
Increase the volumetric resolution, is very low by default. ( SSS Settings -> Shadow & Light -> Volumetric Resolution )
Not idea of the cause of your issue. The new SSR is working at the same speed on my system. Also, If I set the blur parameter to 0 the "sharpness" is almost identical to the old SSR.
Headlamps will be fixed on the next update.

The problem with lightnings and the Weather Menu is a vanilla issue. I'm still not 100% sure about the problem with the Pulse Anomaly. In my PC the effect works fine, but some users are with the same problem. Not really sure at the moment what is causing the issue, maybe is related to some addon editing the parameters of the Pulse, but I can't confirm...
This is a know problem with some systems. I can't replicate this specific issue on my end, so is very difficult for me to fix the problem at the moment.
The only solution at the moment is to disable the "Force Volumetric" option.
ES is mandatory and work as intended with the module "96 - IMPROVED GLOSS & WET SURFACES" if your installation is done correctly.
