Do you have a discord or a github? Awesome mod by the way, last time I played it found a few problems, will try out a new playthrough.

Interesting idea for a mod, can't wait to play an alpha version of it. Though I'd suggest keeping cultures and cores around, and allow revolutions to happen. Give a few human cultured ppl everywhere and just let the people try to assimilate the world and deal with revolts xD It'd be interesting.

Did something happen to Brazilian annexation of Angola (and possibly Mozambique)? For some reason it hasn't been triggering for while before it usually did within an year of game. Has something regarding that changed? From what I saw in the files, the event chain should be the same. At worst, there might be a global flag that used to be preset on the independence or death scenario that isn't anymore. IDK. Regardless, thanks for keeping the mod updated!

Is the decision itself hidden until I am ready to take it? I might have simply never have grown enough to actually take it. But like the court's one, I believe that choices work far better when always visible so we know the requirements. Though I might have just missed it, haven't played with your mod in almost half year.

Is there any way to form an empire while not being Confucian? Or am I just unlucky that specifically the Kingdom of Way of the Five Pecks of Rice can't be used to form an empire?

Ah, it seems that I just had to not be in a war to be able to hold courts. Wouldn't it be nice if the decision didn't disappear and let the player know that they can't take it because they are in war?

The decision to hold court (the one to see petitions) often disappears after use and never returns. What are the conditions for it being visible? Is it a bug, or some condition that needs to be met for it to be used? I mean, I've been getting revolts due to petitions pilling up.
