You can't. That's a limitation of the game's engine so far. Hopefully Paradox changes it one day.

Some of the issues people are reporting might come from a patch incompatibility. As soon as possible, I'll update myself to the lastest patch and make necessary corrections.

Nothing that I'm aware of that could cause this. However, since this is an issue not unique to my mod, I suggest you take this up with Paradox or maybe look up if people from Saeculum Obscurum (the other mod I mentioned) found a reason for theirs.
