Hey guys, absolutely love the mod. The one problem I have is definitely the sound bites for heroes. For many heroes, the sounds from the base game are just fine, and some new Edain soundbites are very distracting or low-quality (for example, pretty much all of Strider's sounds.) I'm not a huge fan of Age of the Ring, but I have noticed that the sound quality is great in that mod, so it must be possible for Edain as well. I was wondering if there was any plan to make the sound better as of now. Thanks, always appreciate what you guys do!

Is this still an RTS style campaign?

When I disable the mod and try to play a war of the ring the game crashes as soon as I get to the faction selection screen. What should I do?

It seems that the Edain team really approves of the Angmar Campaign submod. Perhaps in 4.5 it could be added to the main Edain game as we don't have a campaign at this time anyway and it would be nice for many players if this was automatically installed with the Edain 4.5. Any thoughts?

To people defending the mod team, yes they have a right not to share release dates and such, but the mod is the most quiet its been since 2014 which was before the "demo" was released. The last update came out over a year ago, and the last time we could play with Goblins in 3.81 (Misty Mountains) was 5 years ago. The original game was released in 2006, 11 years ago. I fear that this mod will lose interest from developers, and perhaps we will never see the final version of the game.

That does make sense, but it also makes sense that Saruman should be more powerful as the main figurehead of the faction of Isengard, while Gandalf is not the main figurehead of Gondor.

My friend just installed Edain and was all updated and there is still a match-making mismatch saying we have different versions when we try to play online. Is there anything we should try before reinstalling Edain?

Actually, I use Intel integrated graphics to run the game on windows 10 and it works fine. You just have to manually update Intel integrated graphics to the latest version, as it was a problem they fixed. :)

Well they could always be called "Men of the East", kind of a foil to "Men of the West" which include Gondor and Rohan.
