For those who want to make photo texture animated like on preview:
1. Get the gif of your beloved you would like to use for the texture, then use this site Ezgif.com to split it into frames(you can keep default options). You also, preferably, should use this site to reduce the amount of frames if there's too many by using the "optimize" tab and setting the method to "remove every n frame" - this is not necessary, but will make your life easier for the next steps.
2. After splitting your gif and downloading the archive with the result, unpack it somewhere and head to Cdkm.com (or any other similar site depending on your preference and requirements) to convert it all to .dds format. Currently this site allows only up to 10 files converted per session, so you might have to do it multiple times depending on amount of frames. But at least there is no daily limit(as far as I know) and you can easily download all files in one zip file by pressing "compress all files" - zip will appear at the bottom of the output list.
3. After you done with converting, rename all files to "item_foto1_001", "item_foto1_002", etc. Keeping the order. Then open textures>item folder of the addon, move converted frames in there, and create empty text file. After that - change text file's format to .seq(you might need to make windows to show file extensions in order to do that, google how to). You can also copy the .seq from anomaly textures if you have them unpacked(textures>fx>fx_staler.seq), or from any tv-changing addon from moddb(assuming they even have .seq file). Rename your .seq file to item_foto1, then edit it using notepad. Type 10 in first line, then starting with second line keep putting "item\item_foto1_001", "item\item_foto1_002", etc, until you're done(one name per line). Save, check in-game - you should be done. As shrimple as that.
If you're using highly outdated version of FDDA - that might've been the issue, I guess.

Hey, I would recommend you remove the mipmaps from the texture since they're not needed for UI at all. It also would fix the issue for people who play on low textures detail settings and get missing icons or two low-size icons in one, since the game would use the mipmap levels instead.
Better *** in the sink, than to sink in the ***.
Maybe if someone will provide me with good, preferably rigged, models.
Honestly, I more prefer it being as a separate optional addon rather than being included into FDDA.
