A full C&C:ZH mod needs to be made that incubuses all of the top mods into one. I'm talking Contra007-8, Shockwave, RotR & DF. Get permission and make the maddest mod that has 20+ generals, new fractions like the UK and USSR, and tons of units.
That way people who loved generals from particular mods can play them against others on a global level.
I would Beta and Alpha test this and provide support as much as I could.
We also really need to see a C&C Generals 2! Please make a follow on from ZH EA!

sorry for not seeing your message earlier, for now there is this package available (for mod rome)
and for city i work to make all buildings with the same width
A new version of the mod Rome hasn't been released yet, however it's nearing another release, most likely for testing.
