It was there in vanilla. But the automatic target acquisition has been removed in misery. To not make the game easy :)
Or else it would be called 'joyzone' :) ,not 'misery'

I found the sunrise suit ok for the recon but for sniper since you can carry more and have medium prof on all suits- rather get the ch3a with m08 sphere helm- trust me and try it!

The sniper has medium proficiency on all suits. So having played through twice with sniper- here is what I did, saved up money and got the ch3a armour from nimble 1st and he also gives you an excellent sphere helm with it. Upgraded it fully and the suit was good enough to give me both anomaly and bullet/rupture protection!

So ch3a is your 1st best frnd of the zone and eventually the fully uppped exo is your 2nd skin. :)

Since the bulat ain't available at the beginning, or you could have purchased that instead of ch3a but by the time it is available you should have enough money to get the exo. Enjoy a tough life in misery!

I have brought it every time from hermann. Hawaiian has it after a certain time and so does every other trader but herman has it from the very beginning when he opens trade with you. Only difference, hermann's inventory has really high chance of having aam from beginning.

yup those bitches are hard to kill. you probably didn't hit it or else one shot is enough to kill it. If you are still having a bad day then get a pistol with .45 acp hydro rounds (try the march, order it from nimble) and get the full auto upgrade. And the gun becomes as good as an smg, even better actually!

nope- just one of each artefact!
and yes all docs are sell-able to owl but that blocks some achievements.

you need to use it in the artefact slots. you get iam and aac at beard. But the best one is aam which you can buy from hermann.

I played sniper and recon so far and tools were in the same spot for both. And I read somewhere that the assaulter also has them in the same location.

Totally! you wont be able to get your tesla gun repaired I guess. Or gauss rifle whatever its name was.

And what the hell! I wrote what I wanted changed. Let MDT decide what is best in terms of bringing proper progression in the game! You don't have to go about giving your views when you can't do so with a cool head!

True that playing recon is tough, very tough when fighting muties! But you also have perks- sprint real fast and jump real high and If you carry like 40 kgs and do some coke, you can sprint unlimited! And getting to high stashes is easier too!

I read in the comments, people finding artifacts on burers and controllers. I found 2 maxims on a burer and a playboy on a controller. What the... ! What are they doing with those magazines instead of some artifacts!? :P

I will do it myself but I wan't it implemented in the mod. So I posted. :)

Anyway to make nimble sell the Bulat in place of the exo? Just make the exo appear at traders mid yanov instead of at the game beginning. That way, people will actually be encouraged to use most of the armour instead of hoarding loot and selling to get the exo in zaton itself and then finish the game in that armour only. That way, the other armours are seldom bought and tried.

Especially because cardan can make the exo sprint and if you remember correctly, in vanilla the last tier tools for cardan were availble in pripyat. So in vanilla you couldn't sprint in the exo until pripyat. But in misery, the 3rd tier tools are there in zaton itself- so you can get an exo relatively early and also sprint in it (more reason to get it early now coz you can sprint! ). So there is no reason to get any other combat armour at all! You just need another anomaly suit and you are set for the entire game and later game you don't have stuff to spend your huge bank balance on, because you simple don't need any other armour!

After having read that the recon class performs exceptionally well in closed suits, I was rather disappointed when I wore the ssp suit for the first time only to find that the decrease in his maximum stamina after wearing suit is almost same as the other 2 classes. True that his stamina depletes slower, but carry a little more loot close to his carry capacity and you can't even sprint for 50 m. And I just got killed by a pack of dogs while going back to base. QRS where are you? :(

Well misery is already MOTY material with what it is at the moment! It doesn't need gunslinger.

Having said that, the merging of both mods (I hope its possible) will make stalker cop a game with COD like combat mechanics and awesome atmosphere and immersion thanks to misery. Something that is not there in any other fps game till date! So yes, it is a welcome thought and I support you.

It can't be said with certainty. And such work can take any amount of time. So its best to play with the current patch. The next patch will come out when its done, and that can be 2 days or 2 weeks, no one can say :) and the current patch is pretty stable as is! try it.

Just one question? So should I wait for the final version of 2.0.2 to be uploaded (with the final qf) or the next patch (2.0.3 if it is coming out soon).

I don't want to start a new game again after having looted 30 stashes and several missions! :(

Why I ask is because my game has gotten more stable with the newer patches. So I am ready to wait if say the next patch is due soon.
