how do i get the 3.8.1 version all i find is the 4.1 and the "english version" but i cant get the actual 3.8.1 mod

so is the old version of the Mod with the dwarves, and the different elves and such no longer accessible? because i really want to get that one again. not to say this one isn't nice, i just would like the older version.
