Yeah I was with CS companions and some Freedom guy how is friendly to me start shooting at their faces, they simply don't make a move.

It's because I read from the wiki that they are neutral to all factions in exception of Renegades, Bandits and the Monolith, that's why I asked, don't need to be edgy.
They are researchers trying to figure the nature of the Zone, they don't want to stop exploration and intrusions, this is not what they want but they thought that the emissions are occurring more often because that someone was trying to get to the center of the zone, and because of that they need to stop him, not exploration and research.
Well, at least is what the wiki says so the bad rep that Freedom and CS have still doesn't make sense.

Another thing is, why Clear Sky have bad rep with Freedom?

Yeah but they don't stop if you don't reload the game, so yeah, it's weird.

Yeah I did some tasks to Wolf but the Loner count is still 0 in PDA

I done some quests for Sidorovich and my rep with Loners doesn't increase, because of that I can't make any Loner a follower, is this suppose to be right?

Put -dbg at the end of the .exe file, in game press esc then S, you get the debug menu.

How do I get a car? Or is possible only with console commands?
