Thought it was pretty cool, I think it's called Artist Pavel meteor. I've only seen it in Complete. Yes this is static lighting cause the computer I took this on didn't have the nuts to run SHoC with dynamic lighting. I've since upgraded and found Stalker to be a much more enjoyable experience with the lighting and shadows.
