relax man. Anyone help you with this?. First you need doom2 iwad(Or freedoom iwad as replacement). buy one from stream or gog. second. you need a sourceport that is Gzdoom. stabe lastest. not dev lastest is version 2.2 (google gzdoom 2.2)
Third. download this mod. drag and drop D4D on to your gzdoom and run it. (This is just basic stuff man. if you want more controling, play orther map sets than doom2 vallina then you need somesoftware help you like zdoom execution or zdoom laucher<ZDL for short>) You can google anysoftware mentioned in there. The maps pack is hellonearthstarterpack.wad. You Just need to load with orther gameplay mods not just Project Brutality. Don't load it with Brutalv20b.pk3 if you want play with project brutality (Load with project brutality pk3 file). That's it

You know GZdoom opengl newest version don't work with windows 10 ><onboard intel driver!

Drag&drop; brutal pk3 and hellonearthstarterpack.wad in to your gzdoom execution. if i recall corect gzdoom automatic detect your doom2 iwad from steam folder and you can select the iwad after drag and drop 2 main files in gzdoom. if not. copy your doom2 wad from your steam to this pack folder. or use laucher like zdl..
