I like this analogy. =)
I guess it's public for me because I'm releasing the game out into the world. Before it was only my friends who got to see it.

StoneCrow, haven't decided on the price yet. You can expect that it'll be similar to other indie strategy games.
Regarding trailers - I'd like to release one sometime in early June. Before that happens, I need to make one last heroic push to improve the graphics and sound.
I agree that screenshots can be confusing if you don't know that game. Seeing it in motion should help.
Thanks for your interest Fib. I don't want to give a precise date just yet, since there's so much work left. To be honest, I'm not 100% sure myself when it'll be done.
I expect to release it sometime this year though, probably in the late fall.
Thanks!
To be honest, making one set of graphics is driving me crazy already. I don't know if I can make a 2nd one and stay sane.
Fib, the game interface is still in the middle of being changed. It's going to look completely different when I'm done.
Ah, that's where you're wrong! Attack of the Paper Zombies will be just a pale shadow when compared to Infested Planet.
Heh - I had the exact same thought about the blood.
I'm using SDL + OpenGL. The game's written in C++.
I know, there's something about fuzzy walls. Maybe I should make a game where you use giant fuzzy dice as weapons.
Hi Jason,
Infested Planet will sell for a reasonable price. There will be a demo, so that you can see if you like the game.
If you're curious, you can play the freeware game that Infested Planet is based on. Just go to my blog and look for "Attack of the Paper Zombies"
