Kosovo was a part of Yugoslavia and even when Yugoslavia turned to SCG (Serbia and Montenegro). It feel apart in 2006 and Kosovo declared it's independence in 2008. Why is Kosovo not a part of Yugoslavia?

Well the M21 is 0.4kg lighter than M70. The M21 uses the NATO 5.56x45mm
while the M70 uses the slower and heavier 7,62x39mm. The M21's round has the speed of 925m/s while the M70 has a much slower round at 720m/s. The rate of fire of the M21 is 680 rpm while the rate of fire of the M70 is 620 rpm.
The newer M-21 is currently replacing the older M-70.
