I just wanted to drop by to sing your praises a little bit. I really love how optimized this mod (0.7.8) really is for a laptop. I was having a lot of difficulty getting DTA to run without my toaster burning in a fiery inferno. I ended up deleting that mod. but TI is a different story altogether. I just won two matches against GDI AI on hard. I hope the progress on the next mod is coming along real nice. I'm really looking forward to the next update.
I had a game mode idea that I thought I should run by you guys. It's a mode where a faction has all tech that can be stolen from it available to them. So for Allies, it would be grumble, quickshifter, phantasm MLRS, scavenger and so on for the other factions. I called this mode Top Secret.
They will become available as soon as Tech Center is built. For this mode, tech buildings and "stolen units" cost only 75% of their original price. In addition, tech buildings only take only half as much time to build.
I thought it was just double war factory. And early rushes. Opposed to no boost. Well, it's not like I didn't eat the AI with mental boost on the same map before. Just sad to think some factions are more viable than others. It was a breeze as Russia and China.
Cancer is here to stay, huh? I honestly think it's a step too far. But again I am intentionally playing 3v3 at that setting. Will have to micro harder, I suppose. thx for the quick response.
I saw one of the most cancerous things while I was playing Hard AI with mental boost on. Russia apparently has the ability to spawn two heroes at the same time. Same goes for Last Bastion. And USA if I am not mistaken. I only play one map a 3v3 map on Offensive Tactics. I get the idea that mental boost as the name implies is supposed to be mental. But two heroes at the same time is a bit too much. With the settings I play at, it's crazy enough as it is. I don't want to fight off two Uragans, or chitzkois, Vulkovs or whatever else at the same time. I'm assuming this is not intended for mental AI boost. If so, please fix as soon as you are able.

I got an error with the launcher about can't create a file that already exists. And I noticed some files got converted to .big on their own without my input. Is this normal for 009? I really like the AI of 009 and I have some replays against AI that I was hoping to record.
Just checking in too see if this mod is still alive. TS was one of the first RTS games I ever played. So the campaign missions have a special place for me. I have some questions, tho. Since TE was made with the third tiberium war in mind, will you be disabling some units developed during it? By that I mean, it's only Second war tech. Sonic emitters will not be present, but disruptors will be. No avatars, or beam cannons for nod.
And what about Firestorm? Do you plan to add Firestorm missions?
I just installed this mod and did a FFA with five players including myself. Three of the four players simply did nothing. Except the laser general. Do some generals not have an AI?
Looks really nice. Looking forward to hearing good news about this mod.
US sucks. She needs a mod like this.

I have played this mod for a while. And I noticed that US is still pitifully weak. I have a few ideas. It will be a long post so bear with me and yes, I am the ideas guy. :)
1) Economically they fall behind others in late-game. One supply drop is far too unreliable compared in terms of cash as opposed to the revamped Black Market. I recommend a unique Oil Derrick only available to the US that can be built early game but will 10-20 require power. This Oil derrick is more potent than their counterparts that can be captured. More cash per second. But it is limited to only one ever at a time per faction.
2) Bounties for GLA need to be restricted in some sense. Realistically speaking, no one would be really interested if the average Vladimir died but a Putin would be much more valuable in comparison. I think making feature only temporary. It should not be constantly running. And the trade off is; it is available for everyone. If you manage to kill enemy units within this time limit, you get the cash. When you lose units, your enemy will get the cash instead. Alternatively, bounties should be available within time intervals. Awarding aggressive tactics with cash. On the aggressor or the defender.
3) For a faction that prides itself on it's superweapons. the selection of WMDs available to them is underwhelming. I would recommend a nuclear missile program available as a power for US much like Russia. But in addition, they should also have access to non-nuclear missile barrages as well.
4) Cyberwarfare power. Using their spy network, US can cripple units that are unmanned or rely on computers and turn them essentially blind for a brief moment. It can be used to turn off base defenses like the gattling cannons and protector. Stealth detection will be rendered useless, as well. As long as the detection relies on computers. This would be a perfect rank 5 power. With a duration of 10 seconds.
5) US is supposed to be technological giant out of all of the factions. So it is only appropriate that they have access to experimental technology, as well. Drone Assembly should only be available after at least detention center has been constructed. And should double as a research center for drones. Such as Optical Camo, which can be turned on at will to render drones invisible. When turned on, it will increase energy consumption temporarily. It will be turned off automatically during movement to save power. Drones are eco friendly :D
6) While on the subject of power, US either needs a generous boost to its plants or reactors like China and ECA. Just to prevent a clutter of plants.
7) Aircraft: Laser point defense should be available to aircraft like Comanche. With the frequency of Paladin. And please restore Aurora.
If you made it to the end of this long post, I hope my feedback was sufficient. There are probably articles where you will refute some of that feedback. I am too lazy to look for them :D Anyway, I wait for version 2.0 with bated breath.
