I know man, but i've recently just bought a DSLR, so photorealism is going to be even more possible than ever. If you have any skills with texturing and modding, you can also join in on the project.

I used to play with this game engine all the time, it literally took my time up constantly after school. I've come back to it only to see that it's all been halted. The forums are locked, there hasn't been an update in years and its so strange to see that something i once held so close to my heart is now left alone.
To the devs, thank you for all you have done for the community and for creating special memories for the curious minds out there.
I honestly can't thank you guys enough!

Hey, sorry i've been so busy with work and everything else i've not been on here for a substantial amount of time. I would honestly love to join the retexture mod, but its more a matter of having time to. I'm already packing in my retexture mod for AC1 as software limitations are really setting me back. The game just does not like being altered. Anyway, send us DM if you still want me to join or not.

I've recently had a child aswell change of workplace and I've been pretty busy.. I'm still working on this but I've not touched this mod for a good month or so, I'm coming back to now that things have settled and I've got more money coming my way.

I've recently just bought a GTX970 and tested it out and i believe one of the main reasons it crashes is because anything such as a gt630 (which is what i used to own) or maybe a bit higher, are incapable of running it due to the mix of 2k-4k textures being used up.. i will try make a lower res version, but it wont be out for a while :3

I'm liking this, it looks like cube engine but with alot more viusally simplified stuff.. you should perhaps allow a programming option for anyone out there.. also lightmaps are suitable for android and ios games, but perhaps a real time hdr lighting/deferred rending option should be propagated?
