How do I install gta vc on my pc, by playing it on the disc?

it, it says "the program cannot start because mss32.dll is missing from my computer, whats mss32.dll? and it also says to "try" to reinstall the program but idk how to do this. sorry im having so many problems but i really want to play this mod, so please help me

Well, if u dont need the disc, why isnt it working? I downloaded the mod and stuff the 0.2e R version or whatever and i clicked on 'my computer" went to "local disc (C:), went to program files, clicked on rockstar games, then grand theft auto vice city. But then, all i get is a list that says Audio

do i have to have the disc of the game to be able to play on the mod?

Ok no one has answered my questions I've been looking for a week, so please do. 1. I downloaded this mod and it was very simple, but I dont have the game, but once i do, how do i play with the mod on it? 2. Are there flying cars when you go to 2015? 3. I am a huge BTTF fan and i want to know, is this mod worth all the trouble? Thank you and please answer my questions, it will help me a ton
