I have installed blender, but only watched 2 minutes of a tutorial. I was a little disturbed of the shape of the faces (rectangles ?) and it seems like i'll need time to learn how to use everything.
For the head model i haven't touched the x axis (only fused 4 sspikes in 2). Then i edited a lot the side/back parts. I already know what i'll do next, but you're right that the front view looks big, will fix that.
Nothing is opened on the arms, the only things i have to do on the upper model is recoordinating textures, modify textures and making shoulders bigger.
The tail has textures, the hole you see always was on ssj4s tail, it's just not merged/animated with the main model.
For nello's models, i don't think i have the level to edit such a thing yet.. The main problem is the animations (i had started to modify once, but never continued). For now i'll try to finish all what i started, it'll be a good practice for the next.
I did nothing to the upper except regrouping it and making the galick gun anims. I'll do esthetic modifications later. Thanks for reporting that, i'll see what i can do.
Less junk, a little more precise.. Still not finished, but it's progressing. Slowly, but surelly..

I suggest you guys should use blender.. edit this character in blender instead of using misfits.
I can see that the Y axis didn't got bigger, only the X axis.
i can see opened meshes in arm, also in tails( maybe it doesn't have texture).
we could just take nello's models, and improved it, too many vertices is not a problem

i was not talking about the head's axis.. i was talking about the arms.. arms's X axis is bigger than Y axis..aaandd too short arms.
but anyway.. nice work on the arms

lol Thats what i struggled in the beginning lol i had to use sculpt to make a body lol
